A true Story:

Jane was a member of a women's spiritual healing circle that met

once a week to discuss matters of spirituality and evolution of the soul.

She was having marital difficulties with her husband Robert

and many times the subject of relationships between male and female

were discussed within the circle.

Her situation was getting worse and Jane was getting more and more depressed.

One week she rang the leader of the circle and told her that she would not

be attending this week because she was'nt feeling well enough.

She gave her permission to be included in the group prayers for the night.

At the meeting, again the subject of relationships came up and people started

to discuss quite emotionally their own relationships. The time for prayers

came and the circle closed and prayers were said

and Love and Light were sent to Jane.

Prayers, love and light that were based on the emotions of the circle,

the feelings and needs of the members, their sympathies

and their issues with their own partners.

Jane was at home, alone because Robert had gone out for the evening.

She felt the prayers and sat quietly.

All of a sudden, energized, she stood up and cried out

" if only Robert was dead "

At that moment Robert's car swerved off the road and crashed into a tree.

He was killed instantly.

Every member of that woman's spiritual healing circle was culpable

because it was their thoughts, their energy that was gathered

into the thought form which Jane projected at Robert.

Yikes!!! I will remember in the future whom I ask for healing! LOL.

It wasn't the healing groups fault, the lady just took advantage of the

situation.

Yeah, definitely be careful what you wish for. Perhaps if the situation was that

bad she should have just left?

Yikes!

Thats a bit crazy! If the women prayed for love and light how can they project

death?

Is any one else really ever truly responsible for our actions? If someone

thought bad things and prayed for me I wouldn't wish death on anyone.

Was that man destined to die at that moment anyway?

I think , in life, everything is connected, no one person is ever to blame,

everyone holds a part of the story, we must all take responsibility for our own

actions, thoughts and feelings.

Stop blaming others and take responsibilty. Thats my thoughts.

Actually, I disagree with the harsh judgment implied by the author. From

my perspective, life and death choices rarely are so black and white. I

suspect there are a lot of factors involved in the timing of one's

transition. In this particular case, who knows? Maybe it was by contract

to make a bitter point. Maybe that soul had an agreement with the group

to help them recognize and embrace their own co-creative ability in this

lifetime. Perhaps, knowing themselves well, they realized that only

through such dramatic means could they set up the contrast by which they

could allow themselves to accept their own power.

I think tragedies are seldom only tragic. I suspect that there are

multiple layers to events, and many gifts to unwrap, but in order even

to recognize them as gifts, much less decipher the wrapping, we must

first shift our perspective and grasp that we are being clobbered by a

koan. Sometimes it takes zooming out a few clicks before we can truly

appreciate the depth of love and humor behind the irony of Fate. Often

we need big events to shake us awake long enough to notice that

everything is in perfect balance and that everything we need is right

here in the moment.

Then we nod off again…

I am with Elektra Fire on this. Stop blaming others, you can and should do

what

you " feel " is " best " . This way you cannot blame others when something

happens which you

did not want to happen.

I always told myself that it wont bother me if I do something and there will

be

bad consequences, but it will bother me, if I listen to what someone else

tells me

to do, and I do it, and there will be bad consequences.

I now see this is a " foolish/amateur/simlified " way of thinking, but there

is a little bit of truth

there.

I disagree with the author. If we are sending prayer/healing for the

highest good of those involved, then it is up to their higher self to

distribute the energy in the way it is needed for their

situation/karma/growth/etc. If that did really happen, then I think it

was probably due to an agreement between the parties (including Robert)

signing up for some serious lessons. My nickel.

Wow, what a can of worms that have been opened up, uh?

This is difficult to believe.

If a person can do this, why can't they heal the crippled, or pay off their

mortgage.

I don't think a person can or will cross over until it's their special time. I

personally like the D word. If a person can cause or create a person to go to

the other side, permanently, like this, I think that is a blessing. There is

nothing wrong with 'death', it's all a transition. Soon you will be back over

here, and then soon you will back over there. I go over there and visit those

you have once breathe oxygen on a somewhat regular basis. There is no `death',

you continue to live but no longer require oxygen. Oxygen is magic.

Is this a coincident??? Well, I don't believe in that either. There are no

accidents. I don't know what to think about this, but it sure is interesting. I

would certainly like to meet these women. Robert from the fabulous Columbus Ohio

I would have to disagree with the point the author is trying to make . Depending

on who the author actually is and if she was playing a part in this story . I

view reality subjective on a persons current thoughts . If the wife at that

current time thought she was the cause of her husbands death , then who is to

tell her that she wasn't . If she truly believes this , then this is her reality

.. The same could be said for those involved in the prayer meeting . In time she

may forgive any thoughts she has of herself and this also would become her

reality . The author seems to impose her reality and thoughts on all party

members of the story and this is why i see it as a false conclusion .

I decided I would reply to this. I do believe we can have the power to create

with our thoughts and words and have it to manifest. Rather it is a pre-arranged

thing or not, i do not know. I have had too many things to manifest from my

thoughts and cannot believe it is all just co-incidences. The bible says we can

bind or loose with our words or curse or bless. I don't know if I believe this

is an earth school for us to learn lesson, for in reality we already know

everything. To me it seems we are here just to experience the 3D world. More

like what Tiffany said, a video game in time we have created for intertainment.

Hehe! After all, we did eat from the tree of knowledge of good and bad. We did

this with full knowledge of what would happen.

And what did Adam do when God found out? Placed blame on Eve. And what did she

do? Placed blame on the snake. It's so easy to place blame on others for our own

actions...poor snakes got a bad wrap, my heart goes out to all the snakes in

this world that have suffered from this displacement of blame. lol

I remember quite clearly the most life changing part of my life. I was raised to

hold a lack of personal accountability regarding my life. My mom blamed others,

my dad did, everyone around me did. I remember a moment when all of that

changed.

I woke up, hungover, thinking about how much my life sucked and how I wish

" THEY " didn't make me do the things I did. Then suddenly a light bulb went off.

I said suddenly, " It's... MY..... FAULT!!!! and you know what? IT's OKAY!!!! "

I felt so enlightened at that moment. I realized I was responsible for my own

life. Nobody could make me do ANYTHING. I was so happy that I broke that cycle

of confusion. I then forgave everyone I blamed. Since then, my life has changed

dramatically.

This was about 4 years ago.

Most empowering moment. Seemed so strange that something so simple was elusive

to me before that moment. But I guess that's how it is. We live in a very self

serving society. Instant gratification, lawsuits, etc. I am just happy that I

now know the truth. I am accountable. I am responsible, alone, for my own

existence. I am in control. It is MY life. If my life sucks, it is MY fault.

Nothing wrong with realizing that. Even if something bad happens and someone

holds a gun to my head, it is my choice to scream, fight back, or smile and go

out with my dignity intact.

Life is all about choices. You have no one to blame. And when you succeed, you

have every right to be proud. You did it.

Another theory....

What if at that moment, since she was praying so heavily concerning her husband,

she simply had a psychic moment. The moment he died, she simply thought with her

psychic realization, What if he died!!!!

SO then it is nobody's fault, just psychic phenomenon.

What do you mean when God found out? Who do you think made the game up in the

first place? Who put the Trees there in the garden to began it all? The God

source knew exactly what was going to happen and how it will finish. BTW! the

bible (our cheats cheats) says we will win the game! Hehehe! Hope that doesn't

ruin your fun for those who don't like to look at the cheat notes or know the

Is this a test? It does have a catch 22 to it! If you agree with the author you

could be open to conspiracies and the old order of witch burning. Then if you

don't agree you could be denying accumulation of group energy. Who is right,

what was the real cause, when were all the actions done, at the same time

period, who is at fault or is there any fault?

So many questions with so little time invested to know the truth.

My answer would be to dismiss the jury on prejudicial issues. In the future when

the common man is known to have the abilities of ancients will we go on

witch-hunts or will one look the other way thinking this couldn't be?

Chrism, All,

I know I am somewhat late in chiming in on this post but I do feel that

there are some factors that must be revealed in consideration of this story.

First and foremost, whether energized or not merely standing up and stating

" if only Robert were dead " is insufficient focus to direct the energy or to

make the smallest of effects. To be able to manipulate energies to bring

about an effect anywhere approaching the magnitude of this event takes years

of training and practice so simply jumping up will not bring that level of

action. Additionally, to bring about the sort of action that this story

brings to the table one would have to manipulate energies derived from a far

different source that the one that produces Love and Light.

The possibility that Robert, who would have been unaware, reacting with fear

and great angst from an influx of energy could have become disoriented or

have an anxiety attack sufficient to lose control of his car is minimal.

The reason it would be minimal is that to transfer energy one has to intend

to move the energy from one source to another and Jane's mere mouthing of a

wish would not be sufficient focus to accomplish the task.

There is a great problem if one directs energy, whether intended for healing

or for Light purposes, to someone who is not cognizant that the energy may

be received as the recipient can react to the influx by exhibiting a

heightened fear that can be coupled with huge amounts of anxiety. This

reaction by the recipient is the adverse action.

Energies sent that are derived from Light and Love can never be used in a

detrimental fashion. The equivalent example would be that you would allow

someone to use your love or your children or other family members to cause

harm to them. Truly you would not do such a thing and the source of Light

and Love energy would not either. Often the timing of events are such that

there are lessons to be learned so that in this case there may be lessons

that Jane needed to learn that would be precipitated by Robert's death. The

timing of his exit from this incarnation might coincide with the opportunity

for Jane to learn those needed lessons.

As for the prayer group being somehow culpable in Robert's death-that would

have to be a definite no. They did exactly as would be expected. They had

permission of Jane to send Light and Love and that's exactly what

transpired. The caveat here is that energy should never be directed toward

an unknowing recipient to be used for a specific purpose. Should it be

desired to provide energies to someone who hasn't given direct permission it

is permissible to ask that the energy be made available so that the

recipient's Higher Self can use it for that individual's highest and best

good.

Based on my experience I cannot see how the conclusion implied by the author

is the least bit plausible.

Well first let me state I know nothing! Feels so much better to get that out of

the way. (:

But this brought up this weird thing that happened to me a couple years ago I

guess. Everynight (usually quite late) I like to take a drive. Love the night,

the stars, the peace. I love driving by my forest and I usually go to this Open

24-hours Drive-thru MacDonalds where I get my hot water and lemon. (Yeah I'm

hard core bad)

So many nights there is a man there - I don't think he's homeless but I'm not

sure. He always has clean clothes and shaven ect. When its nice out he rides his

bike. He will pull up to the side of your car while you are in line and ask for

something. I have bought him food before ect. But then I would see him yelling

and just flipping out at people. I never knew what was said between them to

cause such a temper tantrum, but he would be in the parking lot swearing and

yelling and for me, late at night alone - well I would get really scared. So I

started locking my doors, keeping my windows up and looking the other way. (I

know) Anyway one night as I was pulling out he was just screaming at these two

girls in a car. Swearing and going crazy. (yes they quickly pulled out of there)

But as I pulled around I thought with some intense emotion... " WHAT AN A**HOLE "

or something not so nice. Immediately!!! after he shot his head backwards and

looked right at me and started swearing and yelling at me. I was thinking HOLY

CRAP is he yelling at me? (: I started looking around behind me, all over to see

who he could be yelling at; I mean I just thought it...I didn't say it...my

windows were rolled up...he can't be yelling at me, I must be mistaken. Anyway I

was a bit shook up and pulled out the back way to avoid driving by him. So for

the next 6 months or so when I would be there at the same time I noticed he

would see me and start yelling at me. This really shook me up! I started

thinking that maybe he is open on this level and somehow felt or heard my

thoughts/energy. I didn't know what to do but avoid him. I started thinking that

wow just in that one moment of anger, if he could feel/hear my thoughts...I

wonder if on some level others can too? Like I started really feeling the

responsibility of each thought/feeling I had toward others. I felt really bad

about doing this to him. I mean who am I to judge someone? So I didn't know what

to do. I thought about his life. Who knew what experiences this man went through

to make him so angry. I really really felt bad about it.

So I decided everynight when I got on that road I would start feeling love and

appreciation for him in my heart. I started doing this and wishing/praying for

him for love, abundance, beautiful people and experiences and all that good

stuff for him. Now remember he had been swearing at me for 6 months ....(yeah

I'm a slow learner)

And then the strangest thing happened. First he would see me coming and I could

see stop himself from yelling at me. Then after awhile he actually started you

know tipping his head at me - like a sheepish hello. And then he began smiling

at me. This really blew me away.

WTH right? So after that I thought is this all just some weird coincidence...I

mean did I miss something...how can this be?

After that I started doing that - you know looking at people with love and

appreciation in my heart - I mean making an effort to do this with whoever was

passing by. At first it was like effort, but then it was like this fun secret

game, wishing and praying for their highest good...feeling like if that man

could feel this negative that I sent him, maybe on some level people could feel

its opposite. Anyway this is what I still like to do, because its fun too. And

most people are so very kind to me it almost feels like magic.

But I learned a valuable lesson from that man. And he still smiles at me. Weird,

huh?

Still have a harder time with thoughts of myself sometimes, but work in

progress, right?

So I don't know if this has any relevance or not - but there you have it...

Deb, Can I just say that you totally rock! This story is amazing and so

well-put! You totally need to write a book. I'd buy it in a heartbeat.

I totally comprehend what you went through. Everytime I get lazy and allow

whatever feelings to surface without conscious effort to be present with them

and be sure they are those good emotions I want to " emit " I wake up finally and

say " wow got lazy there, must stay more conscious! " But this was a great lesson

for you that helped you help so many others along the way, including and

especially yourself. So now you have this as your proof to keep on keepin' on.

So cool!

Namaste,

Maggie
