Time is only a factor for the physical and mental bodies. Psychological, spiritual and emotional bodies can get stuck in time and literally not follow or allow a temporal advancement due to fears or hurts or any of a number of perceived infractions. Yesterday morning during meditation I had an awareness that everything is sacred. Had a good day. went and climbed my mountain in the fog. There seemed to be lots of daddylong legs everywhere -- was careful not to step on them. Also, noticed some beautiful flowers between the rocks. I went over to friends and watched a documentary of Patti Smith if anyone was ever a fan of hers. She was a poet/musician during the beat poet era. I heard a song on there I had never heard before and looked up the lyrics (the song is called " Ring " ) and am posting them here as they go with my message in meditation. she had some beautiful images she showed during the song as well: Holy! Went dancing last night and thought of a new bumper sticker " Dancers Make Better Lovers. " There is something magically synergistic about dancing, like making love. You comingle your energies. One guy I dance with frequently tells me told hold on and man-handles me around the dance floor in this rather intoxicating way. I danced with a new guy last night that is playful and wants to teach me new things. When I come home from dancing my insides buzz. They're still buzzing today.
