and the group-Bubbles in my throat !

I noticed them since yesterday but yesterday it was different.Now it

just feels like there's something moving in my throat as if i feel

that i know that there is something coming but not counsciously,maybe

uncounsciously and it makes me nervous.

Be relaxed Nicole this is normal. Kundalini will cause displacement as

in the removal or relocation of certain energetic expressions. It can

also force a new channel to be developed. Shouldn t be painful but the

strangness of it can be such that one will associate with pain

automatically sometimes. Let the bubbles do there job. Lol!. You are

doing so very well Nicole. Please sitback and allow. Surrender

completely and let the bubbles and sensations come. It isnt

I've been having a similar thing Nicole. Since yesterday I have a

strange feeling in my heart and throat chakras, almost like a ball of

ice in there. suggested I redirect the energy in more

productive directions. Just the intent to do this has seemed to

alleviate a great deal of this.

Chrism,it went away last night,then it came back today after 5pm and

right now it's gone.I've been feeling so much bliss the past 3 days

that i don't know what to do.I feel like smilling and giggling all by

myself but i don't do it in front of my children,lol.

Yes Ebbs and flows peaks and valleys. We need to know the full

spectrum of the experience. - Your doing great! Hope you can find a
