- hearing music and detachment feelings ?

I am experiencing something quite new to me. As you know, I have battled

cancer and so far have remained in remission. However, when I got so sick in

December 2007 and was taken to the hospital I started hearing what I thought

at that time was a musical choral in the background. I asked people around

me what is that music playing and most looked at me in confusion. They did

not know what I was talking about. I dropped it after that because I was

beginning to feel like I had totally lost my mind. This music is the same at

any time day or night. It is indescribable. It is most noticeable when I am

in deep thought or meditation or just before I get ready to go to bed at

night. This music is soothing and very calm. I did not place too much

thought on it until recently that it has become much louder and profound. I

googled hearing music in the ears and all other key words to try to locate

something that may have been discussed or written about it. I lucked up on

a good site written by an ENT specialist who explains that this MUSIC I am

hearing is a normal effect not to be confused with tinnitus, ringing or

horn blowing in the ears. It is explained that this heavenly music is

labeled Celestial Music- Music of The Spheres. It goes on to describe in

detail that it is very prominent in people who are just about to pass over.

In reading this it has gotten my dander up because I have been feeling these

very things of detachment and dying. I have inner visions of my demise

sometime in the future. I usually dismiss these thoughts and continue on

with daily living. I cannot help but feel like this is telling me to get my

stuff in order which I think I have already done. Because of these thoughts

I am having extreme anxiety attacks not to be confused with fear, OK. You

know the abilities that I have.as well as Kundalini awakening.I am

constantly buzzing and tingling at the crown area, sometimes the vibration

is so strong it moves throughout my body to my toes/feet. The energy is so

strong that my entire body vibrates and shakes. Causing others to question

my nervousness or ask why am I shaking so bad. There are times when I have

this feeling of I need to Know something but I do not know what it is and I

cannot place it. Sometimes when I have an OBE I have a sinking feeling of

being totally ALONE. I do not see another human being anywhere. I dislike

this feeling of being shut off so to speak and or abandoned. I wonder if

others having music playing in their inner ears. Is there others who are

experiencing or have experienced the same as me.

hi denny..

 

i am no expert, but maybe my advice can help you through your rough patch.

 

kundalini is basically a purification process, all the concepts,

ideas, fears, habits, judgements you have stored in your subconscious

must come out and be accepted and thrown away. emotional upheavel is

common.. for me i have agitation and anger coming out recently, so

being grounded is key for this. don't fear the process, you must

surrender. keep yourself focused on the breath and don't attach to

anything that comes forth.

 

i too have strange sounds inside me, buzzing, vibrating.. but its best

to ignore all this phenomena i think.. just signposts.

 

about you dying.. you can't die, you are eternal. what is dying is the

idea of who you think you are.. so stop attaching to who yo uthink you

are, embrace the unknown and stop fearing.

 

in short.. surrender, don't fear, don't attach, stay positive, keep going

Believe it or not, I have experienced music in the ears; eveything

from a hardrock to an angelic-like tune. Strangely, auditory

hallicinations have been described in Lyme disease though. Go

figure; I thought the angels were serenading me before going to

margarita heaven! Can't win em all!

Hi Denny! Isn't it very common to hear music with the K? I think

there are a number of people who experience celestial type music.

Please don't have anxiety! I think you are going to be with us for

quite a while.

I am currently working on a narticle on Vijnana Bhairava Tantra, 112

techniques (dharanas/meditations) taught by Shiva to Shakti to

experience the Supreme Consciouness (Supreme Reality). I'm writing

In Meditation Technique(Dharana) # 018), Shiva speaks about a

technique of hearing sounds in the mind after one listens to musical

instruments(one goes from hearing gross sounds in the ear towards

developing perception ability to be aware of subtle sounds in the

mind, then the vibrations of breath, and the vibrations of the pranic

energy in the Sushumna)... Just my two cents on my understanding of

HER... Enjoy...
