Guest guest Posted June 11, 2008 Report Share Posted June 11, 2008 i'll start with yesterday because i think it all ties together. yesterday i felt such a connection to god and the world. i think i was in conversation with him all day through out my daily activities. i was mostly in thankful pray. i've felt very positive for the last few days in spite of some very bad things going on with some of my family members. this morning around 5 am i woke up from a dream. i was thinking through the dream. i got up to get a drink. went back to bed and decided to meditate since i was fairly awake by then. i think i went into a deep state and then it happened again. it woke me up for lack of a better way of saying it. very much like the first one. up and down my spine in a VERY strong freight train kind of way. the differences this time were i don't remember any warning this time it just was there all of the sudden, i felt a very strong poking or grabbing sensation on each side at the base of my spine and with all the censoring going on i'll just say i had a sensual feeling. afterwards i felt not like i was in sleep paralysis but like i had some weight across my top half and arms saying just stay there. i eventually went back to sleep having more dreams. i remember both dreams vividly. i feel they both had a spiritual, sensual, connectedness & soul searching kind of theme. recently i went shopping and bought summer clothes because i had lost weight and needed new things to wear. but today i have had this over whelming feeling that i just didn't need them if ya know what i mean. lol and that's so just not me. any way strange but not so strange... debby Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
