Guest guest
From the KAS-1 website: " Clearing the five bodies is one of the most important tasks for the person preparing to receive the energy. For those wishing to begin preparation please indicate by writing the list </post> and communicating this. " and from an old message from Chrism: " Clearing the five bodies is the process of removing as much energetic blockage as is possible. Its typically ongoing for a time. Five bodies being the the physical, sexual, energetic, emotional, spiritual. These conform to aspects of the first five chakras or energy centers along the spine. The Asian 5, also corresponding to earth, water, air, fire, ether(spirit). Each center has qualities that reflect certain response and experience mechanisms in the body. " From me: I wish to begin clearing my five bodies but I am not really sure what to do. I have done the breathing into my chakras and then asking what needs to be released and most of the time, nothing comes to mind! LOL Maybe that is my biggest block. I don't seem to be very sensitive to this type of thing. I can't feel or see the state of my chakras or any of my energy. Ok, maybe a little bit but not enough to help me identify my blocks. Any help that can be offered will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Alice
Guest guest
Hi Alice, I was taught in Satyananda Yoga that a slow spiralling of consciousness through the points where chakras exist, is useful in getting a permanent feel for each chakra's location. Starting at the base of your spine do a small muscle contraction or imagined pronging with the sharp point of your focus at the lowest visualised chakra point. At the same time, mentally repeat the name of the chakra (in English or Sanskrit as below). Move up the spine, systematically stopping at each chakra targetting it with your focus, perhaps lingering a little longer at the crown, then repeat this action as you move down the front of your body. A steady rotation like a train looping through railway stations pausing at each. ------- The Chakras are as listed in Chrism's site suggestion: http://www.kundaliniawakeningseminars.com/howitworks.html and can be summarised as: The base or root chakra, Muludhara The sacral chakra at the groin, Swadhisthanna The solar plexus chakra, Manipura The heart chakra, Anahata The throat chakra, Vishuddha The third eye at forehead chakra, Ajna The top of head crown or fontanelle chakra, Sahasrara ---------- After doing this quite a few times, the spiral takes on a life of its own and becomes self-generating, laying down a stronger and stronger track for picturing of the energy's progress within the loop. Further you will then be able to speed up the circling and this, at least in my case. has created a tactile feeling of energy recognition in each chakra. Love - John. ================================== Alice wrote: " ..........I can't feel or see the state of my chakras or any of my energy......
