Guest guest
Hello and the Group! Chrism, I wonder if I could ask you a quick question.. Throughout the last several years of my life I noticed that sometimes (very rarely) my heart would give one or two irregular beats (as if it skips a beat, and then beats stronger once or twice in a row). Most of the time it would happen 1-2 times a month, at the most. But in the last year or so I tried to deliberately feel and move energy within my body (similar Circulation of Light technique you spoke about here). And lately I noticed a big increase in irregular heart beat sensations. A lot of the time they came when I would specifically focus on the area of the heart (for example when I go to bed).. as if my putting attention to the area creates enough of an impulse to produce an affect on the heart beat - making it skip a beat, or making it beat stronger than normal. This made me think it could be connected with the energy and intention. I was wondering what your opinion of this is? Thank you so much for your continuous guidance! -- Unis
Guest guest
Yes Unis, The heart can experience skips when an intention is placed upon an expression of energy with in the body. Remember that even the flight or flee hormones given from the adrenal glands can immediately jump the heart into an altered expression and as we drink coffees or teas we can have this occur as well so it isn't necessarily an abnormal symptom. From a Kundalini point of experience heart skips can be experienced as the Kundalini infuses or begins to change the cardiopulmonary system. It can race the heart or slow the heart and often will do both in the process of widening the spectrum of opportunity for the heart to operate from. Kundalini requires different heart rates for different expressions. As the body is changing and is being brought into a different sphere of activity by the Kundalini, these changes can be understood as an expansion process. I do not know what you were doing precisely Unis but please be careful as there can be little room for half measures when it comes to these things. I.E. Once a change is underway one doesn't typically have the option of going back. - blessings Unis!- chrism , " Unis Sonn " <unis.sonn wrote: > > Hello and the Group! > Chrism, I wonder if I could ask you a quick question.. Guest guest
Dear Chrism, Thank you very much for the clarification. I have one more quick question: I am trying to hold the tongue up, as you always advise in safeties. But I am a bit confused as to what part of the tongue should be up and touching the roof of the mouth, also in which point? The easiest option for me is to just have the very tip of the tongue up, and then it touches the roof of the mouth just behind the front upper teeth. Having a larger portion of my tongue (like, the middle portion), touch the roof of the mouth is much harder. But I am not sure what exactly is expected. Very sorry to be so anal.... Thank you again! Guest guest
Hello Unis, Yes you are correct. The tongue tip pressed firmly against the fleshy mound right behind the upper front teeth. This happens for many by simply closing the mouth, the tongue tip goes their naturally. So very little effort is required but some diligence as one goes into this in a conscious format. -blessings Unis - chrism , " Unis Sonn " <unis.sonn wrote: > I have one more quick question: I am trying to hold the tongue up, as you > always advise in safeties.
