I was helping a newbie with the Tibetans today and re-found a link to a website

that Elektra posted many months ago that features animations of the Tibetans,

and I thought it might be helpful to other newbies out there with 'questions

about the Tibetans that you were afraid to ask, lol'!!! Here it is:

The website answers a few common questions about the Tibetans, too.

 

I had the pleasure of doing the Tibetans in a public park with when he

visited me on January 11th---and we weren't picked up by men in white

coats--lol--so I can share some things he told me about the Tibetans:

 

**move smoothly from the First Tibetan into the Second Tibetan into the Third,

and so on...don't get up and let the cat out between Tibetans.

 

**if you get nauseated by the First Tibetan (like I do), then just do the

minumum (of 6) and do the full amount (21) of the rest. He also said that I

would get past the nausea as my body got used to spinning.

 

**The most important of the Tibetans is the first one, so if you sleep late

one morning, at least get up and spin.

 

That's it. Chrism, if I've forgotten anything...or mis-spoken about

anything...please correct me or fill in the blanks!
