I am not money hungry by any means, but I need a good settlement to get me out of the hole I am due to the accident and it's aftermath. Send some good mojo my way please! Thank you all! Last october was my second year since my accident too and we are going to jury court on feb 8 (my aunt is my witness - hope that she is strong enough to go to court) for our settlement too. They keep grilling and asking the same questions over and over. My lawyer was very pleased with the result and feels that I have a very strong case. Good to hear, but it might still be several months or more before I see any money. I am just trusting that we will be able to hang on until then. A way will be made.
