- Increase in Energy - Dalai Lama?

Chrism,

 

For the past few days, I have noticed a tremendous increase in energy

flow. It feels borderline transformational. I'm not sure if a

blockage opened or if this is just the natural progression of a

beautiful activation. Today, I have spent the entire day engulfed

in a blissful energy. The internal movement is so dramatic at times

that it takes my breath. I have also been hearing crackling sounds

around my head, which I remember reading about on the list. Sort of

like snap crackle pop. My mood today has also been extremely

elevated. Lately, I seem to need less sleep and still feel rested.

As a side note, my relationships with others have improved

significantly in the past months. Even with the slowdown in real

estate (and therefore a reduction in my income) I feel unworried.

Maybe I am too distracted to worry.

 

I just now began to wonder if the Dalai Lama's visit to Atlanta could

have anything to do with my increase in energy/phenomena. He has

been here for three days speaking and accepting a professorship at

Emory. I didn't go see him speak because I didn't hear about it

until it was too late. So do you think this has anything to do with

my recent changes ... or just normal K phenomena?

Where would we be without it? Probably a mental hospital for me...

this point in your K awakening! I very much look forward to the day when I will

Thanks for your note. It's good to hear from a fellow Georgian. I

am sort of in awe myself and always trying to anticipate what is

next. I never would have believed that those subtle feelings over a

year ago would grow into what has become my reality today. I keep

reminding myself to look past the phenomena (a hard chore) and listen

for what is really happening to myself and the world. I have pretty

much stuck with the safeties (although I need to be more diligent

with the Tibetans). I can't wait for the next watermelon season.
