Hello Group -

This afternoon I was doing some chakra breathing and when I reached

the 3rd eye area, massive headache! I never have headaches and have

done chakra breathing since before the last shaktipat. Any ideas

anyone?

Much Love,

Melissa

I thought 6 is OK...that's the throat...but 7 & 8 I found out are NOT to be

breathed into because it causes headaches...

melissa & sarita,

try visiting the website of chrism:

http://kundaliniawakeningsystems1.com/links.html

amazing tutorials here, have you tried considering " headstands " . do this 10

to 15

minutes a day for a week and see what happens. dont forget to support

yourself with

shoulders/arms on the ground or both hands supporting your waste, and if

you're slim enough, do a cross leg lotus posture upwards, while keeping your

head glued to the ground.

you wont be having headaches for the rest of the year. caution: if you're

not slim enough

better dont try it yourself, unless you got a companion or a yoga teacher with

you to assist you. and of course, the most common assanas postures which you

can find in yoga

books, for the rest of your body.

Great Website CHRISM...

Hello chancebodhi -

Yes, we are familiar with the kas-1 website. Unfortunately, I am

very ill and immobile and unable to perform most asanas, including

heaadstands. I used to, but have not been able to walk for 2 years

now. Hopefully, I will be doing that gain - the sooner, the better!

Hi Claud -

I believe 6 is the third eye and 5 is the throat, which is okay. I

mistakenly thought had wanted me to continue them all up

through 7, crown. But no; my mistake.

I read somewhere that there is another chakra above the body, called

the angel chakra. It was on some new age site.

melissa,

sorry to hear that...try " Meditation " then. Always remember to purify your

mind & soul.

we humans accumulate a lot of junk over the years (mentally-superstitions,

ignorance, discriminations, hate, anger..etc all the negativities you can think

of ), I for one, since coming back to my home country was suffering back neck

pains (unexplained).. meditation helped.

remember we all do not want to become a victim to God's alchemy (detrimental

ones), If its

for our good health, why not ? When I mention the name GOD, I always refer

to the Highest. The One who sees & knows it All, even on our earth plane, we

do have experiences like these, and sometimes we cannot explain or understand,

takes time

to absorb them & realized that " nothing in life is permanent " , we're all

going through

changes every day.

Breathing into the upper chakras can cause bad headaches (such as

what recently happened to Melissa). has recommended that we

breathe into them only up to the heart chakra.

To breathe into the chakras you touch or pinch the spot where each

one would be and then as you breath in and out, you should feel as

though you are breathing through that chakra. Start at the base

chakra and work your way up to the heart chakra. I believe we are to

breath into each one 18 times.
