I do seem to perceive an energy source in my vision as I meditate (which is not unique to me, but I have seen less in recent years due to less effort on my part). I seem to hear more than I can see though. (It makes me hunger for what I used to know as the light/sound current.) It did seem that I was aware of more last night than in proceeding nights though. And like someone else said, after I was asleep, I was gone - no recollection at all. Blessings to all of the group.. It is a little frustrating, true, and if not for the people here, I would have probably convinced myself months ago that this was all fake. I'm not totally without symptoms, but the mind can play tricks with you, and it's easy to attribute symptoms to other causes. Unfortunately, there is no yardstick where progress can be measured. You read of people who strive to attain Kundalini for a lifetime. Most people here " seem " to make fairly rapid progress, but what isn't obvious is what they might have been through prior to reaching chrism. But I do feel that I am making progress, and I enjoy reading of all the new people (as well as the original group of course) that are obviously making headway - they are a strong argument for my mind that I should hang in there and continue. :-) But thank you for your thoughts.
