Guest guest
Hello, I suggest that you garner the motivation for doing the practice daily. Have no expectation of phenomena. Katherine did not start out having instant phenomena and she has been here for at least eleven months. And she practices, she does self less service for complete strangers in her community, she stays connected and involved, and she practices, lol. You will not know from an internal mental perspective. How can one describe an orgasm without ever experiencing one? This is a weak example. So if you feel your interest will be flagging then you are expecting way too much way too soon, for very little conditioning effort done for its inception. There is work that needs to be done. The Shaktipat coming up is geared to the degree of the practice you have committed yourself to. Really committed too. So if one hasnt practiced, one does not receive very much. My Kundalini will know for each person she reaches out to. These are not instantaneous conditions as provided by the (I) with in. You must search your " self " to see if you have the strength of interest to stay with it as long as it takes for you to receive. Patience is a virtue in this regard nd there is no need to rush. - , Angelina De Luca <gypsyeyes_101 wrote: > > Dear Chrism, > > >Yes Angelina you are trying to process an experience that has yet to > >come. I am kind of burning out a little and hope that I keep the vigil and stay very motivated and I know that you mentioned that we should not focus on phenomena but it helps if one sees something or has an experience like Katherine to stay motivated ~ I have felt something like this as well, but not full blown. Not sleeping well at night and getting up at 5:30 might have something to do with it as the energy level not being as high as usual. The breathing exercises or something seem to have me rather hyped and it is hard to sleep. Perhaps it will help when the Shaktipat takes place because I don't want to lose my motivation to keep the vigil. > > Best...Angelina > > > > Moody friends. Drama queens. Your life?
