Hello Jeanette,

Did you think this was all about Joy? Ask anyone

infested with entities how joyful the experience is before you

condemn those who help others, by virtue of experience, take a

different path.

I am not expressing techniques for the capture of narcissistic

pleasures. I am not sitting in some Ashram somewhere ruminating on

the perfection of all things. Perfection to me isnt a finish line

that says " all is perfect now " .

Perfection, to me is an idea. Something to strive towards. It is a

process. An urge. Like the Kundalini is a process and for some an

urge. Love isnt always teddy bears and floating hearts. Sometimes

corrections need to be blunt and to the point. Sometimes it is

needed to make a sharp turn rather than a slow soft gently arcing

turn.

I am helping, in this case, by setting up some parameters with

regards to what influences are and have been proven by those who

have experienced them helpful or not helpful.

If you feel this is harsh or hurtful this is your choice. - chrism

Dear Chrism, I'm sincerely sorry if you feel I'm condemning you. This

is not my intent at all! I'm trying to understand different ways of

communicating things and hopefully come to an appropriate decision

for myself. Yes, I felt your response was harsh, but I can be the

same way with my students. BUT they always know I am doing this out

of love. It is clear to them. I'm in a way, questioning my own

behavior, by asking you about yours.

And, yes, I do believe it is about the intent to spread joy and

sunshine in the world, to help those who need help, comfort those who

need comfort. I do believe it is all about love and compassion and

trying to be the embodiment of it. I'm not going to say to someone

who is experiencing a nightmare, that this is joyful, this is just a

dream, or that this is their karma. I would try to do my best to help

them. I was trying to ask you about why you chose to communicate this

way. And you did answer my question... " I am helping, in this case,

by setting up some parameters with regards to what influences are and

have been proven by those who have experienced them helpful or not

helpful.

If you feel this is harsh or hurtful this is your choice. "

I recognize that it is my choice always in how I view things. I

stated this in my first post to you by admitting this.

You seem to be sure that you are helping by being this way. How can

you be sure? You do not seem too pleased by my questioning your

behavior so I soon will back off. But I have to ask, who is

responding here to what I wrote? It's sounds so human and defensive.

You wrote:

" Sometimes corrections need to be blunt and to the point. Sometimes

it is needed to make a sharp turn rather than a slow soft gently

arcing turn. "

This is exactly what I was asking about. Is it necessary? You clearly

feel that it is and don't seem to think there were any other choices.

I believe that there are infinite ways to show joy and love. And yes,

the kundalini can be harsh. I am aware of that. But love is what the

safeties are truly about. Love, combined with the force of the

kundalini is what it is about. So that one does not experience

anything but pure love for all. It may sound idealistic to you, but

this is how I have felt since I was a child. And this is what I am

striving for.

I am trying to say that there may be other ways to get people to move

within the perameters you would like. How would you feel if I wrote

to you in the same tone you used with Adina? I was not nearly as

harsh with you and yet I noticed that you left off your usual

blessings at the end of your post to me. Was this intentional? I can

not do the same with you, because as I mentioned to you earlier, I am

a softy. I wish you all the love in the world. May your clouds clear

and allow you to shine again and spread the joy I have seen you

spread before. I truly wish you happiness, my friend. With love,

Jeannette

Chrism, I also wanted to clarify something to you. The quotes from my

teacher were from a man, an American, who adopted 7 homeless and

abandoned children, lived as a 'householder' and dedicated his life to

helping homeless children and animals, setting up charities of all

kinds, all over the world. He did nothing but spread joy to others as

far as I could tell, going to hospitals with gifts for children there,

bringing musicians to play for them. All of his children were raised

with his words, and they all now serve in various areas, helping others

the way their father did. They continue in completely selfless service,

what their father did in his life. It is incredible to see and feel. He

did not sit in some ashram somewhere, as you implied. He lived what he

preached and was a great embodiment of pure, unconditional love.

Hello Jeanette and blessings to you in case I forget,

I will quote

your teacher in this regard.

I just reflected this morning on my teacher's words which were:

" Everything is unfolding the way it should. Everything is in its

right place, there are no mistakes; everything is lovely and

beautiful just the way it is...The power that knows the way will take

care of you; the One who makes the sun shine, the grass grow, the

apples grow perfectly on apple trees, the food that sustains us,

nurishes us. Everything has been lovingly provided for us. Have

faith; trust the Power that knows the way. "

So too was my respponse to Adina unfolding the way it should, in the

right place, lovely, beautiful, just the way it is.

I stand by it as it is. And so do others who have written me offlist

regarding it. Blessings blessings and more blessings to you Jeanette-

Thank you Chrism. I will stick with my teacher, who did say that all

is well, while at the same time acting out of the most pure

compassion for everyone he met. He would say that we should not stand

by and watch someone get hurt. Compassion would not allow this. And

this is why I respond the way I do. I do not wish to hurt anyone,

ever and I do not wish to see others hurt or taken advantage of. And

so this is why I questioned you about what you did.

I would also like to point out that you also neglected to send

blessings to Adina, in the post which I questioned. That is why I

asked, where is the joy? Where are the blessings? Was this

intentional?? :):)

Love, Jeannette

PS- I do hope you or others do not take this too personally. This is,

afterall, about speaking our own truths.

FYI:

There are others who emailed me offlist as well to show their

support. I did not feel a need to mention it earlier, as I was merely

responding to what was inside me. I do not consider it validation in

any way for my actions. I do not wish for this group to be taking

sides. I WOULD like it to be a forum where we are allowed to question

each other, including the leader! Otherwise, it seems like a cult,

with followers not allowed to question anything...

I just wanted to say that in my job some of the things I do may look

hard and cruel to an onlooker. They don't see the whole picture, nor

do they understand my tactics. But love serves the highest good, even

when those who look on only see the ground floor of what I am doing.

Compassion is not always understood nor recognized. Just my take.

Hi Dhyana,I do agree with you completely. I am responding from a

different place right now (throat chakra?:))I have the same thing

with my work and I'm the same with my students, which is why I'm

asking questions...For instance, when Chrism, who always seems to

bless everybody at the end of his posts, neglects this, I would like

to question the intent behind what he writes. Is what he writes

TOTALLY love based? I sensed a withholding. I believe in questioning

things and trying to learn how to be more compassionate. I don't see

the Dalai Lama ever speaking this way to anyone. I can't imagine him

even doing this. So I would like to know more about what is possible.

Have you ever considered your options? This is what I am asking

myself. Do we have options? I believe we must...and I believe it is a

matter of focusing more on compassion, God, love, and then this sort

of harsh love will never be necessary because God takes care of it

for you. Love softens everything. I'm interested in exploring this. I

will ask others for assistance in this as well. I adore you Dhyana! I

hope you know this.

Much love, Jeannette

Jeanette,

Anybody that laughs as much as the Dali Lama gets my

vote.

This is my simple religion. There is no need for temples; no

need for complicated philosophy. Our own brain, our own heart is

our temple; the philosophy is kindness.

What is Love, if it can't be the truth? I expect the truth and honesty if I

asked for feedback or even help. I would only assume that if didn't

truely care, he would of just said, 'best of luck girlfriend'. I think I would

be a bit upset that there was a lack of concern and Love if I got that response

from him, hehe.

My opinion, I didn't see his response as harsh, but just honest feedback. We all

get them sooner or later, and I am grateful for them.

~

Blessings to all :)

I didn't see his response as harsh either. In fact, if embraced, it

could very well be liberating. There is a great deal of truth in his

words...shining the Light on an area that doesn't get much Light. It

is a Gift. If its really rubbing you, then see what it is in you that

you may be projecting, and let it liberate you as well. Then you'll

see where the Joy is. imho. Warm hug. Love, dhyana

I am here to learn from and to share what I know as well, but mostly to

learn.

I am glad you are devoted to your teacher and I am sure you have and are getting

much from that relationship.

But, here, I am looking to Chrim for his knowledge about the Kundalini process.

As I hope all others who have chosen to be here, are.

In gratefulness,

Sherri

I just wanted to add, that I am a total softy too, but

some of the best moments of learning for me in my life

have been harsh moments and comments. Strange but

true, if people always tell me , yes elektra you are

wonderful, thats lovely, but sometimes when people

tell me, hey girlfriend you need to sort this out!! It

shocks me into tremendous change.

There is ying and yang ways to do things, both work.

Sometimes we need a wake up call, or I do anyway :)

There is no good or bad at the end of the day, there

is just a journey with signposts of different

natures.

shakti screams at me and bullies me alot of the

time...LOL

Love and hugs Elektra x x x

I just wish to say that I agree with you 100%. The few times I've

been shocked and taken by surprise by harsh rebukes are the ones

that have helped me undergo the most profound learning and changes!

Love to all
