Pains, wont go away

Happy Summer Solstice everyone

 

I woke up at about 8am ,Im in Ireland so dont know what time it is

were you all are.

Anyway,what woke me up was sharp pain on the right side of my

body,around my hip,back and across my abdomen. It felt like my guts

were twisting in a million knots.........its now 12.15 pm and ive only

just managed to eat something,however when i stad up and my muscles

straighten out im really sore.

I have irritabal bowel so i can only describe this feeling as

something like that but not like that, if im making ANY sense.

All i know is it is very sore. I feel energy underneath it....im

probably not making any sesnse at all but this is how best i can

describe it.

I experienced something similar a few days ago, only I experienced

bad muscle spasm on the lower right abdomen. It stayed sore the rest

of that day and the next. I have IBS as well.
