Hi Sam,

Yes, Elise is taking it very seriously, but when you

live in china things aren't always as easy as they

should be. Language is a definite barrier, finding a

doctor that you trust.

We will go to the doctor asap.

As for my diet, if I was any more anal about it I

would become intollerable thats why I get so

frustrated, I practically had to give up most foods

due to allergies, I feel like my body bullies me

sometimes.

If I even look at something my body doesn't want, like

a grain of white sugar, boom, flare up, scabs, yeast

problems, anything it can throw at me.

Living in China is difficult as the food is very

unhealthy, it's not like in the USA or UK where you

have health food stores with specialist foods. You've

got the choice of msg, oil and sugar food out here.

Sometimes I have to be social , it's part of my job,

and go out to dinner, what should I eat? Nothing. I

continually have to choose between being polite or my

body. I at least know how to ask for no msg but still

they put it in sometimes anyway.

I drink more water then most people I know and eat

mainly fresh fruit and veggies (cannot buy organic out

here anywhere, not possible).

But, if i want a peice of cake on my birthday surely I

should be able to enjoy it without suffering health

problems?

Anyway, enough of my whining..... felt good to let it

out though.

Thanks Sam for your thoughts,

Love Elektra x x x

Elektra,

As I have gotten more aware, I have gotten more intolerable about my

diet, also (just ask my wife.) I can't eat a piece of candy or cake or

anything with white sugar in it or I suffer.

I am also more picky about how I live my life. If I don't do service

and practice forgiveness, I suffer. Must come with the territory.

We can only do what we are both led to do and are willing to do.

Remember ... there really is no right or wrong ... just consequences.

I know you are an incredible person living a life on the edge. I

appreciate having you in this world.

BlessU

Hi Sam! This is the conclusion I came to after witnessing some extremes in

filters in men that I have dated over the last several years. One was a

conspiracy theorist with a bit of a substance problem, and his filters were

about the bad aliens and the good aliens, the evil and corrupt government, and

had lost hope in humankind, so of course he brought forth these events in his

life and was victim to them on a personal and a global level. I also dated a

Catholic Exorcist whose apparent sole reality was of Good vs. Evil, Angels and

Demons, and anything that I reported to him that was happening to me

energetically was translated into the Catholic world. He had a demon trap in his

house. Upon learning this, my first thought was " If you build it, they will

come. " He seemed to have an ability to create some really bizarre things that I

witnessed, but wouldn't have necessarily interpreted the way in which he did.

There are a few others, and that is why I am writing a book! Thankfully,

currently, I am seeing a wonderful man who is normal, and just has a few of the

" regular " man issues, fear of a broken heart and whatever else is going on with

him. It is really refreshing to have an opportunity to say " yes " to someone,

and address my own fears in the process.

I have been reading as much as I can, life is continually shifting and changing.

I am so blessed!

Thank you blessed beings!

Stephanie

Folks,

Remember that this is just one prospective of many. Not every reality

has the need for psychic defense. I know Robert Bruce and respect him

but his reality is a bit paranoid/dual compared to mine. I have been

traveling these realms for over 50 years and my experience is that you

only need defenses if you come from that prospective. Demons are only

a reality if you create them. Remember .... you create your own

reality. There is nothing out there that can destroy you.

If you like to have " entities " and such attacking you. Then great,

have them and develop defenses and employ wizards to protect you.

Just realize that it is only a choice of prospective that you can

change. Not better or worse ... just a choice.

The change comes from the prospective of singularity/Love.

Thank you, Sam, for sharing this...it is so helpful

for me, and I believe it will be for the other people

just starting on their paths, to know how this all

works. There is no 'right' or 'wrong'...just

consequences....perfectly put! gives us what

he has found to be the best way to prepare ourselves

for the awakening, then to navigate our way through

the life-long path that will ensue, because the K is

never 'over,' we are never 'finished'...it will be

with us for the rest of our lives. We can choose to

follow the guidelines he so lovingly shares with us,

and likely have a gentle path, or we can second-guess

him and choose to ignore it or 'modify it,' and suffer

the consequences.

Like says, this isn't some new age gimmick we

can try and then turn away from if it doesn't suit our

tastes, it is a serious spiritual path that will

completely change who we are from the inside out.

Once we start, we can't turn back...the K will keep

doing what it is going to do to us whether we

cooperate with it or not. And the path will not end

until we pass on...in fact, I imagine the path

transcends our mortal passing.

Thank you, Sam...I hope all the other new guys like me

will read this and consider it carefully. I sure am!

Blessings & love,

Claudia

Sounds like Gluten intolerance, I have the same thing.

No sugars or starches for me and if I follow this, I feel

great.

That's horrible there are no Organic Health food options there.

I assumed the Chinese ate very well there.

You can only do your best I guess. I wonder if

you can purchase gluten-free bars over the internet and have

a stash of 'safe' food to eat in your purse.

Just a thought :
