Guest guest
Hey Chrism, First Tibettan I've been spinning Left or anti clockwise (instructions I got on a yoga site I printed off a long time ago.) It should be clockwise or to the right? Hope I haven't been pushing my K down all this time instead of letting it rise up. LOL. Thanks in advance, bradly
Guest guest
Hi, Bradly. I once also saw a text stating that one should rotate counterclockwise. I noticed that those guys were in Australia, too! Souther hemisphere. They probably changed it for that reason. The classic version says to rotate clockwise (when looked at from the top). I have been practicing them daily for a couple of years. It really gives you the juice to do energy work, requiring less effort than standing meditation. Guest guest
Here is the link to the 5 Tibetan Rites http://www.mkprojects.com/pf_TibetanRites.htm It says to spin clock wise. I not completely sure but I think I read that you can spin to the left in certain circumstances. Guest guest
You most definitely spin to the right. Clockwise. It opens the chakras, the other way, i assume , closes them?
