Guest guest
Hello Claudia, Without the protocols or knowledge of what is occurring a certain " high " percentage of people going into a Kundalini event will develop a psychosis based in the amplification of the fears they experience. Fear of the unknown, fear of going insane based upon the phenomenon that is occurring to them. This happened to me. I had no format. Having worked in the medical field I also knew that Medicine was the absolute last place I was going to go to for help. A severe psychosis was initiated. For others this fear coupled with the medical environment they often subject themselves to leads into a much displaced sense of self and sense of reality as the Kundalini will complete the circuit regardless of the drugs the MD’s hand out. Very strong tranquilizers are needed to bring a Kundalini active individual into a state of a lack of symptoms. This in reality though is more of a chemical masking of the symptoms. So this is what I mean. When you have protocols " designed " for the inception of Kundalini the process becomes a " known " quantity, at least from a cognitive point of reference. So when one adds experience to the mental knowledge the fears are far less potent than just having it happen to you out of the blue. Guidance is also very beneficial. Knowing your guide has walked there before you have and come out Ok. – These help to set the mind at ease and allows the person to focus upon the important work that is to be done like forgiveness and the other safeties. The five body’s are: Physical Mental Emotional Ego Spiritual
Guest guest
Thank you, Chrism. I understand. Knowledge about what is going to happen, as well as the practice of the safeties, is the best antidote to fear. I am learning much more about Kundalini as a result of my research for several weeks now, and am feeling much more comfortable. It is also wonderful that this support network (the group) exists, and that an experienced and caring guide is here, as well. Thank you, Claudia --- chrism <> wrote: > Hello Claudia, > Without the protocols or > knowledge of what is occurring a certain " high " > percentage of people going into a Kundalini event > will develop a psychosis based in the amplification > of the fears they experience.
