Guest guest
Hi Listy lovelies, I have been suffering a non stop head ache since the shaktipat. Is it part of the kundalini, it's just that I had food poisoning on the 3rd eye day and crown chakra day and the head ache has lasted since then. On a happy note my tigress and shark have calmed down and are quite friendly now, my mind has calmed alot, but the head still aches. Any advice? Guest guest
I feel for you Elektra, I had a headache the whole week of Shaktipat and most days since. Not real bad, but a lot of pressure and dull pain. Guest guest
Are you eating differently? Getting enough sleep? Perhaps you need an adjustment from a chiropractor? Sometimes can be related to lack of circulation, get a massage and see if this helps. Practice the deep breathing as well. I hope they subside for you. I too have had a headache these past days, but I have been cutting out all bad carbs, so I'm going through withdrawls. blessings! lisa ---- Elektra Fire <elektra.fire wrote: > Hi Listy lovelies, > > I have been suffering a non stop head ache since the > shaktipat. > Is it part of the kundalini, it's just that I had food > poisoning on the 3rd eye day and crown chakra day and > the head ache has lasted since then. > > On a happy note my tigress and shark have calmed down > and are quite friendly now, my mind has calmed alot, > but the head still aches. > > Any advice? > > Love Elektra x x x > > > > _________ > Inbox full of unwanted email? Guest guest
Stay hydrated and keep the tongue up. Stay away from caffeine or refined sugars. Look to the brow of points and at the same time place the tips of your fore fingers on the temples of both sides of your head. Hold this pose for a moment. Breath deep and long. Hold at the apex of the breath and then release do this as much as you can or wish while in this pose. -
