Guest guest Report post Posted March 29, 2007 I just got a shock to see that my emails had come through 8 times each, for pages and pages.... hee hee, I find it funny. On the 3rd eye day of the shaktipat I ate something and got food poisoning, by the seventh day I was sick, sick, sick. Head aching and tummy aching. Why is it every shaktipat I get sick? Should I force myself to do the yoga when I am sick? I still managed to do it three times (the last two excercises I had to down size to a lesser number or else I would have thrown up). Is it a test to see how determined I am to do it or is it my body saying take it easy? I didn't take it easy though, I forced myself forward. I feel alot of energy in my feet and hands and many powerful emotions surfacing to be balanced. I seem to be standing up for myself with great vigure and I am trying not to get agressive. I think anger was coming out alot for me and fear clearing. So, I will go a little crazy this weekend as I am feeling better and see what happens.
