The nausea I was experiencing has turned into something more - now it seems I

can't eat

anything large, or anything I have to really chew - without agony in my stomach

and the

upper right quadrant of my back almost immediately after eating. That area of my

back,

moreover, is so sore and tense I can hardly move it. So eating is no fun, but I

am ravenously

hungry soon after the pain subsides. And the stomach pain returns if my stomach

is even

tricked into feeling empty.

I haven't thrown up and all else is normal...if this is K related I will be

floored.

Smiling at all of you through this strangeness,

Kerry

This is K related. Pay attention and source yourself for what kind of foods are

appropriate for you at this time. Soups, or fruits or a breakfast shake . You

are being guided to eat what the Kundalini is determining as needed at this time

so surrender to this and it will go so much smoother for you. To not surrender

to this can cause more pain -

I am having a similar experience....hungry but without the ability to eat what I

usually do. I can only tolerate potatoes and root veg's. protein shakes and

some fruit. As you said, there is no choice about this.

In gratefulness,

Sherri
