Guest guest
Wanted to mention as well that my third eye 'stirred' for the first time about a week ago. Literally - was just laying down and then felt a warm 'whirr' like a wheel between my eyes. Does anyone know any techniques for assisting this one along? Guest guest
Kerry, I wish I could help you in this matter, but am afraid I am not experienced enough! When Chrsim returns I am sure he will be able to assist you! Congratulations on the activation of your third eye as well! Guest guest
There are ways to open it. Personally, I'd focus on opening the crown if it isn't already. I do chi kung and run energy through it and down the neck into my arms/hands and back into third eye in an orbit. But I always run vertical energy first -- earth to heaven -- before going horizontally. That's just my experience.
