Guest guest
Dear and List, I am just curious about why I seem to be getting headaches when I listen to music such as Bhakti, Third-eye, any of the theta sound frequency meditation musics I use for meditation, etc. I am guessing it is the music making my head hurt. Thought I would get your opinion. Much Love, Katherine
Guest guest
The music helps to release more energy than is normally released. And if you are doing activities that drain the body of oxygen this plus the increased energetics can result in a headache or severe migraine. Keep the tongue up stay well hydrated, In the inner eye socket region towards the bridge of the nose place your thumbs there, going slightly in towards the eyeball, (gentle pressure on the eye) and support your hands with the forefingers resting on the forehead shake from side to side with controlled vigor, and then release. This can help unstick any energies that may have collected. -
Guest guest
Shiva thank you for your knowledge! It is very much appreciated! I will hold on to the information! Thanks a Billion! But the headache is not so severe and lasts for few min. In general one tenth of our brain is active and nine tenth is not, when this nine tenth brain(silent brain) starts working we experience head ache, so one has to bear this pain but inevitably it settles down. Guest guest
Chrism, Thank you for the information about the energy and the headaches, I wasn't aware that the music released more energy. I wasn't sure whether the music was causing it because when I listen to it without my iPod I don't get them as much, but when I go walking I do use it and that is when I experience a more intense headache, plus the central point, most intense point, of my headache is in the center of my forehead. Anyway, thank you for the information about the energy and how to relieve the headaches. Have a wonderful and blessed day!
