Guest guest Posted January 1, 2007 Report Share Posted January 1, 2007 dear chrism and k folks.. all have a wonderful year!!! and now my request: i've had plantar fasciitis (left heel pain) for two months. i guess it's because i'm on my feet all day on a hard floor. maybe a base chakra issue(?) i don't know. the pain ranges from moderate to severe when i stand or walk. i would greatly appreciate it if folks would send a healing prayer in this direction. thanks! -stveve f Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I had it in both feet and had to take time off from work...couldn't walk and had to literally crawl around the house. The doctor wanted to give me shots but I chose to go the route of icing it (intuition guided that). I iced both areas for 15 minutes four times a day, which completely cleared it up, and it never came back. Might help you?
