dummy. I don't know what I do to " breathe into. " Thank

Chakra Breathing Place your attention and your awareness at the level of the chakra you wish to breathe into. 5Th chakra on down respond best with this technique. As you place your attention on the chakra, breathe through your nose and feel the air as it enters your lungs in the back of your throat. Feel the air and its cool passage from your nose to your lungs. Now

transfer the sensation from your nose and sinus membranes to the area of the chakra with every inhalation and exhalation. As you do this you will feel the passage of air in your sinus areas and an energetic flow in the heart chakra for example. It can help to touch the area and get a tactile location for the focus.
