Guest guest
Hello Chrism, From the signs, I think I am in the process of activation, though somewhat diminished at present because of my inability to keep to the practice the last 2 weeks :-(. But I'm back at it again. So, curtailing the 5 Tibetans and taking up a form of Hatha Yoga . . . is Kundalini Yoga a form of Hatha Yoga? I read on the web that it was. Is this acceptable? I have a DVD that I have worked out to in the past. Would this suffice? Many Thanks, Ray
