Last night, did the 5 Tibetans, safeties and meditations, ate a little, then went to bed. A pattern has emerged when the buzzings come. I sleep about 2 hours, then awaken. I had the same buzzings, from toe to head, but this time it was milder. I was not so restless either. Besides doing the Sun Salutation, is there anything else I should do to help this along? I do concentrate on the Kundalini energy and encourage it, but is there more I should do to help?
