Guest guest Posted September 20, 2006 Report Share Posted September 20, 2006 Follow up to my trip to DC to see my family. My immune system has gone into the toilet from the stress of my DC trip. It is amazing how strong and subtle the energy draws are to go back to the old ways and how much horror the body feels knowing the possibilities. The viruses struck with a vengence after such a long wait, for them. I haven't been ill for years. Definately a great, though not too enjoyable, a learning venue. As I lay there last night going in and out, (I have always used uncomfortable nights to aid in my departures) I was experiencing the type of virus that attacks the bones and muscles so that everything aches, teeth, spine, hair. You know what I mean. I wasn't suffering, just noticing the pain. I was wondering if I would be able to drive to my grandson's birthday party this weekend 100 miles away. Then I started moving energy out to you guys, my family, friends traveling in Israel, etc. With in minutes all the discomfort was gone ...... gone. The viruses haven't left but my experience of them is drastically changed. Probably their experience of me, too. That is a long trip to make when you aren't feeling all that great! I hope you feel better soon!
