Thank you for these reminders chrism. Your care and kindness to all of

us is a loving, joyful and precious thing. Thank you.

The tongue up thing is not yet a habit and I do find it helps quite a

lot. I have a tendency to a bit of a stuffed up nose at the moment so

nostril breathing for more than ami nute or so makes me lightheaded as

I'm not getting enough air. Can you suggest anything else to help

balance the flow? I find the 5 Tibetans help but this morning could

only manage one of each as energy flow is way up today.

I'm feeling a bit like another one of those tidal waves is starting to

flow through me. I find my process is very closely related to the

lunar tides with things usually getting very intense around the new

moon. I feel pulled into trance and it's quite hard to focus on

mundane here/now stuff. Usually I waver between trying to remain

here/now focused and allowing myself to go wherever it takes me. This

time I am trying to surrender my conscious control more and move

through the fears the letting go can bring up.

I have another shiatsu session booked for tomorrow so i am hoping that

some gentle bodywork will help balance my energies a bit more and help

me ride the waves more easily this time.

Also does anyone else find their process is affected by moon/season

etc.? I'd be interested to know...

in love and peace,

Ruari

Hello Ruari,

Outside barefoot at night on earth(bare ground). Also

sitting, skin connected, to the earth, both hands palm down in the dirt,

meditate at night. If you can -
