Guest guest
Group, Well, yesterday morning I did a 70-minute Kundalini Yoga practice by a DVD I got from Netflix. What a workout! Fun though. Then last night I did our Practice, complete with 21 reps of all of the 5 Tibetans, the compression breathing, AND the Circulation of Light AND the Bandha Locks (all three). When I was finished, I felt a bit of a tightness in the temple area of my head (not uncomfortable though). My spine was buzzing a bit more than usual when I laid down to sleep. This morning, I woke up w/ a headache that wouldn't leave till I took some Advil, I'm sore (to be expected), and now, at the end of the day, I have a low grade headache. Just overexertion? Oh well, no substitute for exhuberance eh? Well, off to do the Practice! I'm going to hold off on the Kundalini Yoga till tomorrow AM. Love to all, Ray
Guest guest
Hello Ray, Yes I would advise you to slowwww dowwwn lol. Try not to get addicted to feeling this way or that and build a confidence base by not having to have phenomena in order to feel progress. Your progress is happening. You are doing well. Please don't push yourself into an awakening prematurely as this could have disastrous results. Allow it to come as you balance your emotional body more, as you honor your divinity more, as you reach out in selfless service to others more, do these things and then you can go a little bit faster. Wanting and having are two different things with the Kundalini. Lets bring all five bodies up to speed before lift off. - raazor1 <raazor wrote: Group,Well, yesterday morning I did a 70-minute Kundalini Yoga practice by a DVD I got from Netflix. What a workout!
