Now, those are a couple of good friends! (Your friend for the gifting

and you for the sharing!) A long time ago I posted a very simple, yummy

recipe for wild rice with toasted pine nuts and dried cranberries. This

might be a good time to try that out, lol. (It's pretty much cook wild

rice, add toasted pine nuts and dried cranberries, top with faux bacon
