THanks freezing meals Single

Thanks for the suggestion.  I did recently get a small chest freezer and just

haven't used it for much more than freezing summer veggies.  I could freeze

leftovers.  I guess I don't think of freezing whole meals.  That would make

alot of sense instead of eating them the whole week.  Thanks again!!

I freeze lots of things in small plastic containers, and soups even in

plastic bags (laid flat). I get tired of a casserole or a soup after eating

it for 3 meals, too!
