Kitchen clean up One Skillet Scramble

Deanna, I agree. I wash dishes as I go along. No one can believe I'm cooking

all the dishes I make by looking into my kitchen lol

Now when I start a dish I put all the ingredients out, get the oven preheated

put the cooling rack out, etc this makes your work so much easier.

Donna,

I always knew we were Kindred Spirits. Now I'm sure of it.

I also put all ingredients out, pre-heat the oven, etc. before starting.

I put each herb, spice or ingredient away after using it.

When I sit down to a meal there is little or no clean-up and my kitchen looks

neat and tidy.

Oh yes and we both like frogs. LOL

I am with both of you, I clean as I go, and I always tell my daughter

this. We cook together a lot so she see's it as well.

That would make me crazy. I also do not have a lot of counter space if I

didn't clean as I go I would have no where to prepare the food. I also

must start with an empty sink. If there are dishes in the sink I have to

wash them before I start to cook.
