using spices

As I've said here before, I'm a big Penzeys fan.

 

Speaking of spices, I've been meaning to ask this question for a

while. Does the 80/20 rule apply to spices for you? I find I use 20%

of my spices 80% of the time, and the other 80% I use 20% of the

time. Do you do the same? Or are you an equal opportunity user of spices?
