Guest guest Report post Posted May 19, 2010 These are really good and very easy to make. Enjoy, Judy Delicious Veggie Burgers 1 can Worthington Vegetarian Burger 1 cup. Italian Bread Crumbs 1/2 c. yellow cornmeal 1/2 t. Ms. Dash 1/4 c. flour. 2 eggs 1 onion, chopped 1 c. Cheddar cheese(Optional) Rake the vegetarian burger out of the can with a fork, into a med. size bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and combine together with hands to crumble the Vegetarian Burger and thoroughly mix. Drop by spoonfuls into a hot Frying pan that has small amount of Canola Oil(just cover the bottom). Flatten burgers with the back of your spoon. Fry on each side until crispy.
