Guest guest Report post Posted May 14, 2010 Turnip Salad---Turkey 3 cups shredded turnips, about 3 medium 1 1/2 tbsps. olive oil 1 clove garlic, finely minced 1 tsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. sugar salt and pepper to taste Mix oil, lemon juice, and sugar, stir to dissolve sugar. Pour over shredded turnips and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Store in refrigerator for at least 3 hours for flavors to meld. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
