If you are interested in something like the rice seasoning mix, you might be

interested in several books that I have been using for years that are FULL of

products that you can make yourself so you are truly in control of what you eat

and use in your home.

" Make Your Own Groceries " .....Daphne Metaxas Hartwig

" More Make Your Own Groceries " , 1983....Daphne Metaxas Hartwig

Recipes for Crackers, Chips and Snacks, Nutritious Goodies, No-Machine Ice

Cream, Cereals and Instant Breakfasts, Baking Mixes, Cake and Cookie Mixes, Side

Dish Mixes, Reduced Calorie Salad Dressings, Frozen Breads, Pies, and Bakery

Items, Homemade Baking Ingredients, Fruit Juices, Drinks and Concentrates,

Vegetable Juices, Toppings, Syrups and Butters, Homemade Baby Foods, Baby

Desserts, Pet Foods Hints, and Miscellaneous Pet Remedies, Health and Beauty

Aids, Household Helpers, Pasta and Noodles......and lots more.

Then there is:

" Home Made in the Kitchen " , 1995, Barry Bluestein & Kevin Morrissey

(Traditional Recipes and Household Projects Updated and Made Easy)

Two more are:

" Make-A-Mix " 1978, Karine Eliason, Nevada Harward & Madeline Westover &

" More-A-Mix "

All really great books if you want to be in control of more of your world.

Most of these turn up on ebay and are seen on Amazon.com.

Have fun.....

Nancy C.
