Also please go browze thru our thousands of recipes and start making up your

weekly menu's and shopping list, so you are all of a sudden, left feeling like

you don't know what to make at meal time.

Try some of the meat substitutes out there. You can use them in place of meat in

your favorite recipes.

Here are some of the Meat Substitutes Brands available. Each one has loads of

meat substitutes choices. There are many places on the internet, including

Amazon(free shipping and no sales tax), health food stores and Adventist Book

Centers (these are worldwide) that have a great healthfood store in them with

canned, frozen, dehydrated and refrigerated products. Some of the larger grocery

stores carry these products in their natural food section or frozen food

section. Krogers has a nice selection as do some Super Walmarts too. Other

grocery stores do too.

All of the site below have lots of recipes on their websites for using these

products.

Somehow messed up so I am resending this message. Sorry if anyone gets it

more than once.

Hi Judy,

I have tried several of the Morningstar Farms products and love them all! I have

also tried the Bocca Burgers (I have a huge box from Sam's Club in my freezer!).

I season them just like I would a regular hambuger. Even my non-vegetarian

husband preferrs them over regular beef patties.

Oh and Denny's has a Bocca burger now (at least the one in Spartanburg SC does).

I really appreciate all the information that I have recieved. I am still going

throught the files and am learning alot.

Thank you!

Donna in SC
