I've just made some cinnamon toast with it but it's still too hot so I haven't tried it yet. It's very good, I had to really work to stop eating little pinches of it right after we got it home. Good stuff. We got it after learning that refined sugar is somehow refined through some kind of bone... I don't want somebody else's bones on my cinnamon toast or in my cornbread so we got this stuff and will probably keep getting it. It tastes great- better than refined sugar.
