I kept forgetting since I didn't need salt so wasn't down that isle. But I did remember yesterday and checked. I double then tripled checked. It is indeed $5.69 a POUND. Now I don't know what is with that...but heck! I had read in everything else is was like $56 a pound. The taste has kind of grown on me and I use just a few grains on things occasionally.
