Whole Foods is a great asset to many vegetarians, vegans and people just wanting to find healthy ingredients you can't locate elsewhere. Many times buying an ingredient costs more in shipping than the item itself. I don't want the group to argue over stores, prices, locations, etc. My neighbor spends $200 a week at the grocery chain and still eats out 2 nights a week. I buy all my food between Whole Foods and Trader Joe's and I spend about $50 if that. It's all in the way you shop and what your needs are.
