mock tuna salad - Thanks!

Gayle,

 

Thanks for the idea for the mock tuna/bean spread! I made a version

last night and hubby and I loved it! Kids wouldn't try it, but maybe

next time. I used white onion instead of green, and added cilantro,

jalapeno, and crumbled nori and it was really good.

Great addition ideas, Shelly; i especially like the

jalap & crumbled nori.

Love to read how others put their own twist on

posted recipes... very inspiring. :)

HI Shelly:

 

Glad you liked it...

The first time I made it I called a bean spread as I new if I called it mock

tuna salad my husband would never touch it. My daughter had tried it but it

isn't her favorite and I don't think my son ever tried it.
