Guest guest Posted March 22, 2006 Report Share Posted March 22, 2006 Sesame Slaw Source: Bay Cafe tv show 5 cups thinly sliced or shredded green cabbage 2 1/2 cups peeled and shredded carrots 1 cup thinly sliced green onion 4 tablespoons rice vinegar (or lemon juice) 3 tablespoons sesame oil 1 teaspoon soy sauce (wheat free) 3 tablespoons sugar 1-1/2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds pepper to taste (optional) 1. Combine cabbage, carrots and green onion in a large bowl. 2. Whisk sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and soy sauce until sugar dissolves. 3.
