Guest guest Posted August 29, 2006 Report Share Posted August 29, 2006 Potato Salad Source: 3ABN 6 c. potatoes, cooked and diced 1/3 c. dill pickles, diced 1/4 c. green olives, sliced 1 c. Vegenaise 1 tsp. seasoned salt 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1. In a medium sized bowl, put the potatoes dill pickles and green olives. 2. Mix the vegenaise and seasonings together and fold into the potato mixture. 3. Chill a couple of hours in the refrigerator. Garnish with grated carrot, tomato wedges and black olives.
