Guest guest Posted December 5, 2004 Report Share Posted December 5, 2004 Carob Pudding 1/2 cup raw cashews 1 tsp. vanilla 1/4 tsp. salt 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 1 cup water 15 dates 1 cup water 3 Tbsp. cornstarch 2 Tbsp. carob powder In a blender, blend: cashews, vanilla, salt, cornstarch and 1 cup water until smooth. Put into a saucepan. Then blend 1 cup water and the 15 dates, adding them one at a time until smooth. Pour into saucepan, and mix all ingredients together. Bring to a boil to thicken.
