Guest guest
I have used this recipe for years and modified every way from Sunday. If you live in a low elevation leave out the guar or xanthan gum as it tends to make the mix gummy and not cook all the way in the middle. I usually bake this in mini loaf or muffin tins and will spend all day baking variations and freezing them for later meals. Guest guest
Brenda Lee, what are some of the variations that you do with this bread? I think I recall that you have some whole grain and protein flour (bean) options. Thanks! LaDonna ========== I have used this recipe for years and modified every way from Sunday.
