Guest guest
I have loved ramen ever since I was a little kid and requested it for lunch all the time. Back then I think I liked beef flavor best, which is hard to imagine. Nowadays, I eat my ramen whole grain only and without the seasoning packet. I season it myself. First, I liked best salt and butter. Then I progressed to salt and olive oil. This is my current favorite way: half an avocado mashed up with salt and flax seed oil. I mix it very well. I could live off this recipe. An experimental version involving nutritional yeast is currently in the process of being perfected. A version involving peanut butter has come and gone, though now that I mention it, sounds pretty good, and maybe that will be lunch today. Anyway, I read a study that omega-3s (found in flax seed oil) can improve IQ, an average of 5-7 points? Not that IQ is a good test, but I welcome any improvement in my cognition.
