The authorities have launched operations to catch stray dogs after two children were bitten to death by stray dogs in Bangalore. Should all strays be eliminated? Most Deccan Herald readers are against it as they feel only those dogs ferocious in nature need to be culled. Humans are partly responsible for provoking attacks by stray dogs, they feel. But some readers opine that human life is much more valuable than that of the strays and they must be eliminated.
