Guest guest
Once again, having a dehydrator or a juicer is a luxury, not a necessity, on the raw food diet. If you want to get down to the nitty gritty, a knife is the only thing you need. Even a cutting board is optional unless you are one of those people who chop things like the chefs do on the Food Network. I grew up without a cutting board in the house so I never use one. If you google it, you can come up with directions for a dehydrator powered by the sun. With summer coming on (at least where I live--I understand that winter has officially started in New Zealand) it would be a perfect time to use it on sunny days (duh!). Then you could save your money and buy what you want when the sun goes south (literally) again. I save my change and it's amazing how fast that counts up unless you have to dip into it to buy gas or food. And the cost of everything is going up because of the cost of gas! It ain't fair!
