Does anyone know if the calories of fruit and vegetables are the same if they are juiced instead of raw. It may sound like a silly question but with out the fiber that is taken out of the food . I would like to write down for a few weeks as I beging my new journey into raw(again) how much I am actually eating on a daily basis.
